SFcon – Autographs and Photo ops

Got my first autographs on Saturday of the convention, I think. One of my most memorable moments during Saturday autographs was with Mark Sheppard. The person in front me told him it was her first con and when it was my turn he immediately said “This isn’t your first convention.” And I said “No, it isn’t.” I think I was too surprised to say anything else. When he was finished I said “See you in Rome.” and he replied “I know.”. After that I went to get Misha’s, Sebastian’s and Mark P.’s autographs.

Sunday was Jensen (and Jared) day, of course, and I was really nervous because I had 3 photo ops and a meet and greet. After the breakfast panel it was time for my Jensen solo photo and he looked so good and I was getting closer and more nervous every second. I don’t remember much anymore but I asked him for a hug which was amazing as always and then I thanked him and he said “Thank you” too and then he rubbed my back as I was leaving and that was really a wonderful moment. Yeah…

I think the trio photo was next. It was fun to stand in line and watch all three of them taking pictures with the fans and having fun. Music in the room was pretty loud. When it was my turn I think I was only talking to Jensen, don’t know why, I don’t even remember the other 2. I didn’t know what to say at first to I just told him that I am really nervous and Jensen said “Don’t be nervous.” and then I tried to explain what I wanted for the picture. Apparently they understood me. 😉 I don’t remember what happened afterwards, lol, but I must have left the room.

Jensen and Misha photo op was the last photo I had and I was standing almost at the end of the line (there weren’t many people in line anyway) and I was still trying to come up with a cool idea for that picture but with no success. Suddenly I was standing in front of them, and again, I told Jensen that I had no idea what to do. Next thing I know is that Jensen had grabbed my shoulders and gently turned me around and positioned me and I could see his had turn to mine and suddenly the picture was taken, lol. I really had no idea what they did until I saw the picture. Then I thanked them both and it was time to leave again.

Last thing of the day were Jensen and Jared autographs (and Curtis Armstrong, who really is nothing like Metatron and is really quite hilarious). I was in row D and we were called to get Jared’s autograph first. I wanted him to sign that hug postcard. He liked it and said “This is great” or something like that and I relied “yeah, I love that.” Then he wanted to know where I got that postcard and I told him that I had it printed and he said “Cool.”. Then it was time to go already. And I went to Jensen’s autograph line already trying to come up with something to say. I really wanted to say something but the girl in front of me ruined it for me because when she got her autograph she didn’t leave, she told Jensen something, really slowly and I think he didn’t get what she was trying to say, and I didn’t really get it either and it took so long and he already had to sign my postcard, to move the line along, when she was still babbling. When she finally left, he gave me the signed postcard and the next person was already pushing so I was rushed but I could say “Thank you and I’ll see you in Rome.”. He gave me both thumbs up and said “Perfect!” Then I had to leave. So, thanks, dear person in front of me, grrrr…. To calm down I lined up for Curtis’ autograph and the line moved really slowly but he was nice and afterwards I just stayed in the room for a while, sad that it was over…

See you guys in Rome… 🙂
